Terms and Conditions for Real Time Transport LLC

Revision: 2026-04-23

By accessing or using our services, requesting an estimate, creating a Transport Order, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Real Time Transport LLC ("Broker," "we," "us").

IMPORTANT: These Terms limit our liability, require you to file claims directly with the Carrier, and require binding arbitration. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Broker: Real Time Transport LLC, FMCSA MC-1529151, a federally licensed transportation broker that arranges vehicle transportation through independent third-party Carriers. We do not transport vehicles or take possession of them.
  • Carrier: The independent licensed motor carrier we contract with to actually move your vehicle.
  • Retail Customer: Any customer who is not an approved Business Customer. Retail Customers pay a non-refundable $199 Broker Fee at the time of order creation.
  • Business Customer: Approved commercial accounts on Net-7 terms.
  • Transport Order: Your request for us to arrange transportation, including all vehicle and location details you provide.
  • Estimate: The approximate cost we provide before a carrier is assigned. The final transport price may be higher or lower than the estimate.

2. Our Role

We arrange transportation by contracting independent Carriers. Our job ends once a Carrier accepts your Transport Order. We only provide estimated pickup and delivery dates — delays are common and we are not responsible for them or any costs they cause.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must give us complete and accurate information. You must remove all personal belongings, valuables, documents, electronics, and loose items from the vehicle before pickup. Broker and Carrier have zero liability for any items left in the vehicle, even if lost or damaged.

You must prepare the vehicle properly and have someone present at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading. You are responsible for any extra charges caused by inaccurate information or improper preparation.

4. Payment

Retail Customers: You pay a nonrefundable $199 Broker Fee when you create the Transport Order. This fee is earned in full upon payment and is non-refundable regardless of whether a Carrier is ultimately assigned. The remaining transport balance is charged to the same card via Stripe when a Carrier is dispatched. The amount charged at dispatch may be higher than the original estimate based on current carrier market rates. All charges are non-refundable.

Business Customers: You are invoiced via QuickBooks upon delivery. Payment is due within 7 days. Late payments are charged 1.5% per month (or the legal maximum). You pay all collection and attorney fees if we have to chase payment.

We can place a lien on your vehicle for any unpaid amounts.

5. Cancellation

Before a Carrier is assigned, Retail Customers may cancel but lose the $199 fee. Business Customers may cancel at no charge before assignment.

Once a Carrier is assigned or dispatched, cancellation requires you to pay the full transport price plus any Carrier dry-run or cancellation fees. No refunds.

6. Claims and Liability

We have zero liability for any loss, damage, delay, or theft of your vehicle or its contents. All claims must be filed directly with the Carrier. You must inspect the vehicle at delivery, note any damage on the Bill of Lading, and notify us within 48 hours. Failure to do so may prevent a successful claim against the Carrier.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, personal items, consequential losses (like rental cars or lost profits), or anything outside our direct control. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the $199 Broker Fee you paid.

7. Data Security

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your information if the portal, Stripe, Super Dispatch, or any third-party system is hacked or breached. Our liability for any data security incident is limited to the $199 Broker Fee you paid.

8. Insurance

Carriers carry minimum cargo insurance. You are strongly encouraged to keep your own vehicle insurance in force during transport. Optional extra insurance is available upon request but is a separate policy between you and the insurer — we are not the insurer.

9. Dispute Resolution

Arizona law governs. Any dispute must go to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona through the American Arbitration Association. No class actions. You must give us written notice of any claim within 60 days and start arbitration within one year.

10. Other Important Terms

  • You agree to indemnify us for any problems caused by inaccurate information, items left in the vehicle, or your breach of these Terms.
  • Continued use after we update these Terms means you accept the changes.
  • Electronic acceptance (clicking accept or submitting an order) binds you.

By using our services you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
